Behavior when handling suckler cows
Mother cows protect their calves. Please keep your distance.
Thank you for adhering to the following 3 rules:
1. Do not startle the animals, but observe them with respect at a distance.
2. If the cows are on the hiking trail, avoid them as far as possible, even if you have to enter the alpine meadows.
3. Dogs can cause unrest in the herd. Keep the necessary distance here too.
